Data Publication 1 (creating reproducible research, literate programming documents, and using knitr, Sweave, blogdown, and bookdown)

The RStudio environment enables the easy creation of documents in various formats (HTML, DOC, PDF) using Rmarkdown, while knitr allows the incorporation of executable R code to produce the tables and figures in those documents. Sweave provides more advanced LaTeX typesetting, while blogdown and bookdown allow the easy creation of formatted documents in both web-compatible and print formats. This session introduces these concepts and other packages and practices supporting reproducibility with the R environment.

Workshop conducted via Zoom.  Register to receive the Zoom link with instructions on how to connect.
