Biography

Dr. Linda Reddy’s work centers on improving school personnel and parent effectiveness in supporting student learning and behavior. Her research interests include (1) the development and validation of school/teacher assessment and interventions, (2) instructional and behavior support coaching, (2) educator effectiveness & safety/wellbeing, (3) educational technology (generative AI) and (4) students with behavior and reading difficulties. She is interested in exploring the intersection of generative AI and data science in schools.

Together with her colleagues, she also developed three educational technologies to improve school-based coaching and teacher instructional and behavior management practices: Classroom Strategies Assessment System, ReadyCoach platform and ReadyCoach Coaching Assessment System. She has over 170 publications and has been funded by USDOE, IES, OSEP, and OESE as well as private foundations (over 64 million).
